Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently seeking Call Center Representatives to work for a leading Health Information Technology client in Fargo, ND. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun, professional call center environment! Work schedule is Monday thru Friday 8am- 4pm. No nights or weekends! Pay is $13.00/hour, plus additional $4.27/hour health and welfare benefit. This exciting opportunity is temp-to-hire!Responsibilities:-Respond to telephone and written inquiries from medical providers-Provide quality customer service to the provider communities-Research and resolve inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner-Document all inquiry activities in appropriate system(s)Requirements:-High School Diploma or GED is required-6 months call center or customer service experience -Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills-Ability to multi-task using computer and phone systems-Goal-oriented and excited about meeting performance metrics-Ability to work independently in a team environmentFor immediate consideration, please call the Kelly Services office at 701-281-4850 or send your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org.
