Job Description

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst for a leading Healthcare facility in Fargo, ND. This is a temporary position, lasting at least 3 months, with hours 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Pay for this position is $24.38/hour.

Job Duties:

  • Design, develop, and implement compensation plan

  • Determine starting rates for employees

  • Engage with several internal departments to identify and meet workforce needs

  • Develop and review job descriptions for proper format, content and compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all current legal requirements

  • Perform a wide variety of research, analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3+ years Human Resources experience

  • Able to complete analysis and reporting quickly and efficiently

  • Effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • High level of confidentiality
