Kelly Services is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative to work with a local company specializing in wholesale industrial equipment and supplies. The Customer Service Representative will professionally represent the company with knowledge and skills to provide valued customers with the product or service they need. This position is a long term temporary opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Pay potential for this position is $16.00+/HR depending on experience and qualifications.Key Responsibilities:-Initiates order entry -Follows up with customers to resolve problems and answers questions, -Provides reports and follows through on customer shipments-Produces necessary paperwork to provide production with customer orders-Maintains an orderly filing system for all customers-Monitors programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction-Maintains in-depth working knowledge of customer systems and processesRequirements:-Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service background preferred-Working knowledge using Microsoft Office Products - must be comfortable working with spreadsheets-Knowledge of supply chain systems -Ability to prioritize and multi-task with effective time management skills-Detail oriented and deadline driven-Effective communication and organization skills-Possesses the ability to learn and utilize specialized software -Must have a commitment to company values and be a strong team player -Professionalism and confidentiality -High School diploma or equivalent For immediate consideration, please apply by sending your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Customer Service Rep" in the subject line.
