U.S. Bank Customer Service Representative - Written Correspondence in FARGO, North Dakota

We are hiring for a Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. shift

The Mail Service Advisors are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and processing multiple mail types for those customers who wish to communicate via written correspondence or web requests.

  • Review written correspondence and follow the established procedure to complete all necessary maintenance, specific to each mail type.

  • Recognizing when unique scenarios require additional review.

  • Ensuring that customer needs are met by completing assigned mail queues accurately and within service level agreements.

Training is conducted Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two or more years of customer service or general office experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Excellent organizational, reading, writing, and interpersonal communication,

problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Proficient computer skills utilizing a variety of software packages.

  • Well-developed ability to collect and organize information

  • Must be able react quickly and positively to any procedural changes and

achieve departmental goals.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
