The Cybersecurity Readiness Lead within our Sales team, is directly accountable for readiness and community development to ensure our field sellers can be successful in achieving their sales goals. The Cybersecurity Sales Readiness Lead role works together with the various teams to drive success around the Secure Productive Enterprise, including product/marketing groups for Office 365, Windows, C+E, EPG Business Architects and Sales Leads, and the Commercial Business Readiness organization to drive and support WW sales execution of the following:
Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the enterprise segment, have had exposure to Solution Sellers and be familiar with field sales resources, adult learning/training mechanisms, change management practices and community engagement. Ideally, the candidate has Security experience, direct experience selling and/or deploying Microsoft products, familiarity with related sales processes and familiarity with EPG’s field roles and challenges. Program and event management experience is a plus.
Drive readiness event strategy and execution for field sales roles. Own in-person readiness events, continue to raise the bar in terms of content quality, interactive training, and overall attendee learning experience. Work across organizations to develop recommended training curriculum and delivery channels for field sellers throughout the seller lifecycle - new hire onboarding through continuous learning and enablement Work with Product Marketing and WW Readiness teams to coordinate roadmap of required training
Establish and nurture the field sales communities Own the framework and coordination of our Sales Directors for field communication to field sales teams along with rhythmic community engagement Act as the SME to support Landing Lead and Sales Leads in formulation of new and innovative means of community-building and best practice sharing.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Architects, Landing Lead and others to create new, innovative training tools and content delivery channels for the field. Determine new methods or content to ensure the field sellers are prepared to engage customers in business value discussions on digital transformation. Work with Partner, Services and Developer Experience organizations to ensure cross-organizational alignment on enablement efforts. Evolve the Cybersecurity sales collateral development and delivery model in partnership with Product Marketing, Industry/Public Sector teams and WW Readiness.

Demonstrated initiative and ability to deliver continuous innovation Relocation to Redmond is mandatory due to the close day-to-day interaction with other Corporate and Product teams. 10% international travel is required to maintain working relationships with subsidiaries and sales teams. MBA degree preferred.
