Within the Omnichannel Platform Team, the Enterprise Document Image Platform (DIP) Manager will oversee the strategy, development, expansion and utilization of the Document Image Platform. This new technical platform will support all document imaging in the consumer bank. Document Image supports the process of creating an electronic image of bank generated and customer provided documents, automating the indexing process and electronically transporting those images to our file repository and the appropriate back-office work queue. This platform will support all channels (branch, call center, online, mobile, ILT and ATM). This platform will merge independent document imaging approaches into one platform.
The Document Image Platform Manager will collaborate with all consumer business leaders (including Omnichannel Experience, Delivery, Risk, Product and Channel managers) to ensure that the solution addresses the current and future needs of internal and external customers and that new initiatives document imaging, leverage this new platform. The Document Image Platform Manager will monitor platform performance to ensure that production issues, service gaps and risk issues are resolved promptly.
Maximize platform to drive Omni experiences
Lead, champion and support efforts that create and maximize enterprise platforms
Leverage innovation and external best practices to drive competitive advantage
Partner with various lines of business and within the Omnichannel team to optimize platform capabilities and utilization
Liaison with technology to ensure alignment with TOS goals and technical platform execution Essential Functions:
Direct and monitor platform activity.
Participate in and lead platform meetings to identify platform and project goals, gain consensus on project steps, schedule and implementation; foster cooperation and involvement from support team.
Identify internal and/or external resources to ensure platform success.
Oversee preparation of platform status reports; establish platform KPIs.
Assist with or prepare platform roadmap
Manage or provide oversight for the Capex process for projects on the Platform roadmap.
Participate in platform evaluation against estimated plans and costs
Manage performance of project team, and evaluates overall performance.

Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in project management and leadership activities
Five or more years of managerial experience
- Business Line Document Management Experience for a large ecosystem
Excellent executive level communication and presentation skills. Ability to create, present and deliver compelling business cases to articulate aspects of the platform development to senior executives, peers and others on the program team.
Strong technical skills and experience leading large, multi-channel technology projects. Experience with document imaging/indexing/OCR platforms involving a distributed work force a plus.
Thorough knowledge of banking workflow processing and compliance controls.
Strong project management and organizational skills along that support collaborative buy-in across a large enterprise.
Ability to work independently and agilely with minimal guidance on large complex projects.
Ability to conduct strategic analysis of a business need, formulate platform strategies, identify and resolve issues.
General knowledge of policies, procedures, products and regulatory requirements relating to Consumer , Small Business, Wealth and Mortgage Banking for Deposits and Lending scenarios.
Demonstrated leadership, innovation and execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work as part of a remote project team.
