Working one-on-one with customers to determine vehicle needs.
Staying knowledgeable on all vehicle features and accessories – including new arrivals.
Negotiating and writing sales agreements.
Creating sales leads through in-bound calls, walk-ins, internet prospects, etc.
Maintaining strong customer follow-up to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Introducing customers to service staff and service process.
Prospecting for new customer.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work closely with all other departments.
Applicants must have the value of honesty and integrity.
A current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
This position requires the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.
