Within the Omnichannel Platform Team, the Platform Specialist will be expected to oversee strategic objectives for deposits and loan platforms related to the consumer, small business and customer centric core systems in support of Omnichannel Experience. Works in partnership with Omnichannel Experience, Delivery and Risk teams, as well as, internal partners on overall platform objectives and project delivery. Supports production issues, service gaps and risk issues. Provide strategic and tactical support for related platform and project work. Provide subject matter experience and leadership to maximize platform opportunities; championing our platforms across channels to create simple, seamless experiences for our customers and bankers. Requires thorough knowledge of assigned business functions, strong technical skills, excellent leadership instincts, and a passion for the future evolution of our business platforms.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 10 or more years of experience in operations/technology project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

-Ability to drive platform enhancements in support of maximizing platform effectiveness.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop and deliver communications to all levels within the project team and organization.

  • Strong project management and organization. Experience in various technical development approaches a plus.

  • Ability to conduct analysis of a business need, formulate written business requirements, identify and resolve issues.

  • Ability to develop test schedules, review test plans, complete business line testing and track test results when necessary.

  • General knowledge of policies, procedures, products and regulatory requirements relating to Small Business and Consumer Banking; Deposits and Loans.

  • Experience at other Financial Institutions a plus.

  • Acquisition or conversion experience a plus.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Ability to work as part of a remote project team.

  • Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
