As our Fargo-Moorhead Flood Diversion Program Manager, each day, you will be responsible both for serving as the primary point of contact with the client and stakeholders, and directing our program staff and achieving programs goals. We are looking for a leader who will focus both on client and stakeholder satisfaction and on leading the operations of our highperforming program team. The successful candidate will understand client and stakeholder organizations and processes and develop and maintain consistent relationships at all levels in these organizations and have at least 10 years of successful program management experience. The Program manager manages all aspects of the program's delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Program Strategy, Goals and Metrics, Risk Management, and Financial Performance

  • P3 Developer Procurement

  • Lands and Rights of Way Acquisition

  • Program Controls and Reporting

  • Permitting and Environmental Compliance

  • Technical Support Management

  • Construction Management

  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Enginer or closely related discipline

  • A minimum of 10+ years of Program Management experience with a proven history leading and managing significant portions of major program and project teams successfully meeting client expectations

  • A minimum of 20+ years of total experience with infrastructure projects

  • Ability to demonstrate development and management of scope of work and budgets for major capital projects and/or mega projects

  • Professional Engineering license

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of a Master of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Enginer or closely related discipline

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis and technical problem solving, and a strong organizational approach

  • Ability to demonstrate adeptness at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams

  • PMP (or equivalent) and/or PgMP (or equivalent)
