Collaborate with Payment Services Development and Risk and Compliance partners to implement, support and oversee an effective risk management framework. Serve as a liaison between Payment Services Development, Risk and Compliance and The Lines of Defense. Provide guidance and oversight and facilitate communications with the Development team to help ensure awareness of policy, procedure, controls and risk management guidance to gain and sustain adherence. Support the development and testing of controls. Engage in understanding key processes and the identification of associated risks and controls to achieve continuous improvement in the risk environment. Working in partnership with Development team, facilitate the identification and escalation of risk and provide consultation and guidance for risk mitigation. Coordinate Audits with Payment Services Development team, Risk and Compliance partners and the Audit group, oversee Point for Discussion reviews and responses and facilitate Audit Issue resolution. Support leadership with Regulatory reviews.



Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

10 or more years of experience in risk management and Information Technology environments, including 2 years in Payment Services risk environment and PCI compliance.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Considerable knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies.

Knowledge of Development, Information Technology and Payment Services operations, products/services, systems and associated risk and controls.

Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services and regulatory trends that impact the Information Technology and Payment Services business.

Knowledge of Development and Project Management Life Cycles, methodologies, practices and related controls.

Strong facilitation, project management and analytical skills.

Excellent written and communication skills and proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
