Responsible for maintaining participation and/or coordination, consultation and technical support of data systems to include the Quality Core Measures, Heart Failure, Pneumonia, AMI, Childrens Asthma Care, as well as Stroke, Bariatric, and the Cardiac Care data bases Cath/PCI. ICD and STS. Although direct patient care is not part of this job role, understanding clinical presentations of disease processes across the age spectrum is necessary.


This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Stroke Program and assist in advancing stroke care for patients at Sanford Health Fargo.

This is a dual role in which the person hired will work intricately with the Stroke Program to create, teach, track and implement stroke specific education for staff and providers as well as abstract, analyze and present clinical data in an easy to understand format for staff, providers and regulatory surveyors.


Must maintain any certification/licensure as required by profession. Must have graduated from an approved nursing program; NLN or AACN accredited school or college of nursing is preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements. Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is required within one year from the date of hire to the following service areas: (specific service areas may require sooner) Critical Care Services, Cardiac Intensive Care, Cardiac Progressive Care, Cath Lab, Emergency Center, Endoscopy, Family Birth Center, PACU, Day Unit, Interventional Radiology, Inpatient Dialysis, Cardiovascular Diagnostics and Resource Team Float RN's.
