We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager who has superior/strong industry experience in Indirect Lending Auto, RV, Marine and Horse Trailer Sales, Credit and Operations. Position will be responsible for championing of projects, initiatives, and process changes for Dealer Services Indirect Lending Auto, RV, Marine and Horse Trailer products while understanding the impacts of the product/program changes within the Indirect/Dealership marketplace. Product Manager to host dealer round-table regional meetings to collect and internally share dealer concerns, suggestions and pain points. Additional responsibilities includes identify opportunities we have against the competition monthly in our leasing program, collaborate with Pricing for regional pricing analysis, collaborate with Credit, Risk, Compliance and Legal for future buy box changes, creation of consistent and uniformed Sales Program Material to be utilized by RAMs to gain additional market share, works with industry third party vendors (i.e. Dealertrack, RouteOne, AppOne, DDS, etc.) to identify and research new products in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 10 or more years of experience as a Product Manager

  • Five or more years of management experience

  • Expert knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills

  • Strong product management, design and development skills

  • Considerable knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis

  • Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills

  • Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
