U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence leader with experience architecting business intelligence solutions and leading technology teams to provide business value. Tasked with establishing a roadmap for Wealth Business Intelligence capabilities and building a team of technology professionals to execute against that vision. Provides technical expertise for development of business intelligence service offerings and content creation using institutionally designated approaches and technologies. Evaluates client needs for quantitative analysis and participates in creating and articulating relevant solutions. Manages multiple development projects, development groups, and/or application support functions. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Oversees the development and implementation of multiple, complex, organization-wide systems.

Supports overall project management and business communicates to resolve and eliminate data quality issues.


Basic Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

-At least 10 years experience developing and implementing BI solutions; decision support systems, query and reporting, online analytical processing, statistical analysis, forecasting, and data mining.

-At least 5 years experience with tools, facilities and techniques for managing and administering data.
