The Office of Global Ethics and Business Conduct Program Effectiveness and Reporting Manager (“Program Effectiveness Manager”) reports to the Global Ethics Program Director of Strategy, Framework, and Reporting, and may manage direct reports if positions are added to the Ethics Office as it grows and adapts to regulatory and business needs. The Program Effectiveness Manager will manage multiple functions within the Ethics Office, reporting, program assessments, and other Ethics Office initiatives to align with strategic priorities.
The Program Effectiveness Manager will develop methodologies to assess and monitor the effectiveness of the Global Ethics Program and reporting processes. The Program Effectiveness Manager will identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness, and will collaborate with other members of the Ethics Office and stakeholders from across the organization to implement enhancements.
The Program Effectiveness Manager will design, develop, and prepare reporting for the Board of Directors, senior management, and regulators. The Program Effectiveness Manager will need to exercise excellent judgment and analytical skills in designing and preparing reporting, and effective executive communication skills are critical to success in this role. Reporting created by the Program Effectiveness Manager will be used to inform business decisions and enhance the Company’s ethical culture. The Program Effectiveness Manager will also assist in responding to regulatory and audit requests.
In this highly collaborative role, the Program Effectiveness Manager will interact regularly with leaders in Compliance and Risk Management, Human Resources, Corporate Audit Services, and Strategy and Corporate Affairs to monitor, assess, and report on the Company’s ethical culture.
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in project management and leadership activities
Five or more years of managerial experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in management reporting.
• Proficiency with business applications used for reporting and business communications.
• Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, JD).
• 7 years of experience in corporate ethics or related positions such as, regulatory compliance, audit, etc., including familiarity with the financial services industry.
• Experience preparing materials for senior management, regulators, and Board committees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively explain and synthesize complex information.
