The Transactional Specialist works as part of the Volume Licensing (VL) Team providing exceptional customer service and billing support to all internal/external customers, responsible for the end to end management of process transactions and queries. The process agent plays an essential part in improving and driving forward the quality of process, performance and embedded functionalities within the VL framework.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure complete and accurate delivery to partners and customers

  • Research and drive resolution on all service and billing support inquiries

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service through organizational and communication skills when responding to customer inquiries

  • Work in a multi-application systems environment

  • Complete projects, reporting and billing as assigned

  • Willingness to work periods of mandatory overtime during seasonal/cyclical peaks

Qualifications (Applicable Education, Experience and skills:

  • High school Diploma (Business degree preferred but not required in lieu of relevant work experience)

  • Detail oriented with ability to define and build processes

  • Self Starter with ability to work independently and as a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly analytical with good attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

  • Able to learn quickly and apply knowledge

  • Ability to shift and manage multiple priorities

  • Results driven focus and ability to work through to completion in a timely manner

  • Adaptable to change

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include, but not limited to MS Excel and MS Outlook

  • Previous customer service operations work experience preferred
