Kelly Services Administrative Assistant- Fargo, ND in Fargo, North Dakota
Kelly Services is looking for an upbeat, organized and detail-oriented individual to provide routine administrative and secretarial support to a leading company in Fargo, ND. This temp-to hire opportunity works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The starting pay rate is $13.00 per hour.
-Answer telephone, screen callers, relay messages
-Greet and direct walk in visitors to appropriate person and answers general questions
-Operates personal computer to access the internet, email, electronic calendars, and other office support software
-Receive, sort and screen mail
-Perform various duties in the enrollment and billing systems
-Handle bank deposit preparation and daily credit card reconciliations
-Assist in invoicing and reporting of various information
-Performs other duties as assigned
-Understanding of office procedures and methods
-Must have good communication skills; both verbally and written
-Proficient with Microsoft Office software
-Excellent typing and data entry skills
-High school diploma or equivalent
