Our Case Processing team is looking for dedicated, motivated, and detail oriented individuals. The shift that we are hiring for is 3:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. - Sunday - Thursday. Training for this role will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday for 7 weeks starting on 4/16/2018.

The Claim Representative's responsibilities include:
Providing high quality customer service by responding to and researching and resolving problems and errors, telephone inquiries, customer requests related to credit products.
Managing a large caseload by researching, investigating and resolving disputed credit card charges.
Interacting with customers via telephone and correspondence to determine the source of the issues and correcting errors. Claim Representatives can expect to be on the telephone for up to 10% of the day on average.

High school diploma or equivalent
Three to four years of experience in clerical and customer service activities
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- In-depth knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related
to assigned area
Strong customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of
Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
