Fargo Country Club Food and Beverage Server in Fargo, North Dakota

Position Overview:Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner. This position plays a major role in member or guest's dinning and/or bar experience. Consistency is a key for a positive experience, which is achieved by always following recipes. A server must be friendly, outgoing and have good communication skills. A server should be organized by thinking and acting quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure. Servers are assigned hours, as the demand requires. Hours vary with the season and the sports bar may stay open until 2:00 P.M. Accountabilities and Essential Responsibilities require close collaboration with the Food and Beverage Director or Clubhouse Manager, members, guests and Club Employees. Excellent performance is timely and accurate completion of assignments, building positive relationships; and planning, communicating and coordinating work to avoid last minute confusion and adhering to policies/procedures.
