U.S. Bank Partner Program Manager in Fargo, North Dakota
The purpose of the Go To Market (GTM) team is to design and implement best practice strategies and insights to assist new healthcare integrated partners with growing their merchant portfolio and driving new sources of revenues. The GTM team works closely with the Healthcare Partner Sales team to insure a smooth transition from contract execution to implementation and go live of our embedded payment solutions strategy. The purpose of this role is to profitably grow topline revenue and improve the penetration of our services with our partner’s client base. The GTM conducts onsite, telephone or WebEx meetings with stakeholders and sales teams of our newly signed integrated partners to help them learn and market the value of our embedded healthcare payments solution.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Three or more years of solution sales experience (payment and healthcare preferred).
Preferred Skills/Experience - Well-developed marketing and new business development skills - Basic knowledge of healthcare payment products, services, operations, policies and procedures - Ability to generated new leads from partners, create needs analysis, develop proposals, and conduct product training demonstrations - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
