Aldevron Research and Development Scientist in Fargo, North Dakota

We are seeking a Research and Development (RandD) Scientist to work within our teams to work on projects from client driven campaigns to RandD projects and process implementation. As an RandD Scientist, you are motivated and capable of efficient prioritization in order to effectively meet deadlines. You are able to clearly organize and document data throughout projects, author SOPs, and can effectively train others. About the Role: In this role, you will develop RandD and process developmet plans in collaboration with Aldevron staff and clients. You will perform assay development and qualification/validation. You will develop new services and technologies (mRNA, protein, antibodies) and provide technical advice and resources to Aldevron colleagues. You will be responsible for analyzing data collected by applying quantitative methods and techniques (FPLC, HPLC), Create detailed project summary reports, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
