We manufacture product 24/7 and are seeking smart, driven individuals for the following position.TOOL and DIE MAKERThe shift assignment will be flexible, dependent on the availability of the candidate. This position will be following out NIGHTS schedule with work hours from 6:30 p.m. - 6:45 a.m.The normal work schedule for either shift includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat). All hours over 40 hours per work week are compensated at an overtime rate. With this schedule you only work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off!This position is responsible for safely setting up and operating equipment in the Tool and Die shop while maintaining a focus on quality workmanship. Our shop is a safe, clean and cutting-edge environment.Previous experience with CNC grinders and EDMand#39;s preferred, ability to read engineering prints, and capability to compute/convert die dimensions are requirements. Completion of a related technical degree is strongly preferred.Starting wage between $17-$22 (plus additional shift premium for the NIGHT shift), depending on experience.
